Things to know about Travel Agents/Bookings/Airline Tickets/Promos ❤️

HELPFUL TIP #4
✏️ Things to know about Travel Agents/Bookings/Airline Tickets/Promos ❤️
Isang papunta at isang pabalik. Habang ang One Way ay ticket na papunta lamang po. Isang ticket. ☺️
Or walang tiwala sa travel agent. Kayo nalang po ang magbook ng inyong ticket 😂 Dahil hindi naman po kalakihan ang aming service fee hehe. ☺️

10 Things to Remember to Avoid Being Offloaded.

Helpful Tip #3 10 Things to Remember to Avoid Being Offloaded.
1. Prepare your documents
In a website of Bureau of Immigration (BI), it says that at a minimum a traveler intending to go abroad shall be required to present the following for primary inspections:
 • Passport valid for at least six months • Visa when required on the country destination • Round Trip Ticket • Work Contract and OEC from POEA if you are an OFW • If going as a tourist, hotel booking confirmation, and receipts • If on a guided tour, copy of your itinerary and be ready for the places you will be visiting • If traveling with a minor, travel permit from DSWD • For age and affinity verification, bring your authenticated Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate In spite of this, the BI will also assess the age, educational attainment and financial capability of the traveler.
2. Never lie to the Immigration Office and speak confidently • When being interviewed by a BI, provide consistent, clear and confident answers • Answer questions in a respectful and confident manner • Listen carefully and provide an honest answer while maintaining your composure.
3. Dress decently
Wear clothes that say you are a respectable traveler even you are free to dress as you pleased. For the first time traveler especially for women, choose a clothing that is not too revealing or too casual. Showing too much skin might trigger an impression of a sex worker which is a red flag among immigration officers.
4. Preparation for solo travelers
Be especially prepared if you're young, female, single, or a recent graduate and traveling solo. Make sure to bring all necessary documents with you.
Immigration Officer is more particular on the female solo traveler, so expect to be bombarded with questions. Remember, your safety and security are the utmost concern.
5. Know your trip's purpose and be firm in it
If your purpose is pure and true, you should be able to pass the interview and be allowed to board faster than you expected.
But remember, aside from your answer, Immigration Officer also observes your body language. They are trained in their job so they will know if your lying base on your composure.
6. Be sure you can afford your trip and prove it! • Bring a copy of your financial statements, certificate of employment, proof of salary, credit cards, and other proofs of residency.  • If you are unemployed, you must prepare to prove or show how you will be paying for your trip. • If you travel is sponsored, then you must possess an affidavit of support and guarantee. This includes a letter of invitation authenticated by the Philippine consulate or embassy in your destination country.
7. For sponsored traveler, know the basic information about your sponsor
If you friend or relatives are sponsoring your trip, make sure you can provide documents pertaining their information. Documents that have their complete names, addresses, and contact information
8. Clearances and other permits • If you are a government worker and your travel is related to you work, you must bring your clearance or travel permit.Failure to present a travel clearance could prevent you from boarding your flight. • Private employees must have sufficient documents to prove they are employed and have been granted leave by their employers.
9. Review your travel history.
Review your old passport and recall your most recent trips. If you are first time travelers, remember to be consistent in your reason for going out of the country.
Your experience of being offloaded in the past could land you in the hot seat. Remember why you were denied the last time and how the issue was resolved.
10. Watch your attitude
Be polite in your answer all the time and avoid getting into argument with the Immigration Officer.
Remember these are just tips that can help travelers better prepare for their flight. But there are things we cannot control. After all being offloaded is not the worst thing might happen to you. There's much worse, being a victim of human trafficking, abusive employer, being stranded or jailed in a foreign country with no help are much worse than being offloaded.

HOW TO AVOID BEING OFFLOADED: TIPS & SUGGESTIONS

Travel Tip #4⚠️HOW TO AVOID BEING OFFLOADED: TIPS & SUGGESTIONS 💕💞
🇵🇭The Philippines’ Bureau of Immigration strictly monitors the movement of Philippine citizens to stop or minimize the problem on HUMAN TRAFFICKING. Be well-informed before you travel. Please READ below. Hope it could HELP 😊😊😊.
1) KNOW the REAL PURPOSE OF YOUR travel.
You will be asked by the Immigration officer the reason for your travel abroad. Immigration officers may stop you from leaving the country.
2) PROVE that you are going to your destination country for the PURPOSE that you are making the trip. You may be refused exit if you give CONTRADICTORY statements.
· If you are travelling as a TOURIST, show proof that you are FINANCIALLY CAPABLE to COMPLETE your travel from the Philippines and BACK. Some of these proofs include bank statements, business ownership, gainful employment, place of accommodation or confirmed hotel bookings, proof of income (i.e., income tax return), and enough spending cash or credit card.
· Make sure you have a RETURN TICKET with the date of your return. The RETURN TICKET should NOT bear a date that far EXCEEDS your contemplated length of stay abroad.
· Make sure that you have a CLEAR TRAVEL ITINERARY.
· DRESS APPROPRIATELY for travel. You can be questioned on the basis of your appearance. PROFILING is STANDARD in immigration checks worldwide.
· Answer the questions of immigration officers convincingly.
3) If you are a CONTRACT WORKER, make sure that you have with you your OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (OEC) obtained from the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency or Philippine foreign service posts.
4) If you are travelling DEPENDENT on FINANCIAL SUPPORT from ANOTHER PERSON, ORGANIZATION, or COMPANY, make sure you have the APPROPRIATE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND GUARANTEE, including INVITATION LETTERS from the legitimate/relative SPONSOR at the country of destination, duly AUTHENTICATED by the Philippine Consulate in the country of your destination.
Make sure that you know what is written in the Affidavit, including the name of the person, organization, or company that is inviting you. You will be interviewed by immigration officers on the basis of the document that you present. The Affidavit of Support and Guarantee is NOT a 100% GUARANTEE for you to be allowed exit from the country; it is a SUPPORTING DOCUMENT that strengthens your CLAIM to LEGITIMATE TRAVEL.
Know the contact details (i.e., address and telephone numbers) of your SPONSORS.
5) If you are travelling while you are EMPLOYED in the Philippines, it would help to have the following documents with you:
📝Certificate of employment stating your designation in the company, your salary, and the inclusive dates of your travel approved by the company. Bring your company ID.If you are a government employee travelling on private capacity, make sure you have an employment certificate, your ID, and approved Leave of Absence from your agency. If travelling on official capacity, make sure you have the appropriate Authority to Travel, including your itinerary.
6) Make sure that your PASSPORT is valid at least SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of your departure from the Philippines.
7) Make sure that the VISA in your passport is VALID and agrees with your PURPOSE OF TRAVEL.
!!! ️Know your TRAVEL HISTORY. Immigration officers may refuse you exit on the basis of questionable travel history (or lack thereof).

“THE REAL TALK ABOUT TRAVEL AGENTS" by JupiterXVI

Hope clients will understand this & thanks for those who already do 🙂
“THE REAL TALK ABOUT TRAVEL AGENTS" by JupiterXVI
1. "Tao lang, natutulog din."Don't expect them to respond to your message right away during wee hours. They also have families and they deserve to rest during their day off. So when you see the sign"CLOSED ON SUNDAYS" or"SATURDAY HALF-DAY", please expect to receive the response on the next available day.
2. They will always appreciate your PATIENCE, big time! You are not the only client they have and as much as they want to do all things at the same time, they can't. But rest assured they will attend to your needs. 🙂They will always prioritize emergency cases and urgent bookings for sure.
3. They are professionals and your transactions are purely BUSINESS and NOTHING PERSONAL.Please respect their Terms, policies and booking procedures. This is not to make you do so much work but to ensure all are in place.
If you can write your information/sign with your name repeatedly when the bank tells you because it's their protocol, then there should be no problem when the travel agent asks you to sign the T&C / reply back with your confirmation.
4. They DO NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING. Flight delays, cancellation, weather, traffic conditions, immigration decisions, visa approvals, and the like. So please do not blame the travel agents for any of these. Trust me, they do not want this to happen too.
5. OBSERVATION: Clients who carry the most positive vibe, those who understand, and those who show respect from the start of the process all throughout, experience the most rewarding travel experience. And clients who are mean, who think once they pay they "own you", and those who are demanding (in a wrong way), mostly experience #4.
6. The VOUCHERS exist because they are IMPORTANT. Please and we mean, PLEASE, READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE VOUCHERS. Generally, the travel agents' mission is to provide a hassle-free travel experience to the guests and as the saying goes, booking with a travel agency is a "two-way street". If you want hassle-free, you need to participate. You need to read the instructions so you won't get lost at the airport, miss your tours or even miss your flight!
7. BOOKING ERRORS or not getting what you paid for. This is the most nightmare of travel agents. You see, when you arrive at the destination, you will be handled by the local operators and as much as the agents want to GUARANTEE the trip to be perfect, they can't. This is because of #4 - THEY DO NOT CONTROL EVERYTHING. But of course, if you have concerns, please contact the travel agents immediately so they still have time to fix the problem.
A professional travel agent faces the problem and won't hide. Honestly, you cannot avoid little mishaps but everything can be settled professionally - no need to disrespect or bad mouth them. Remember they are professionals, not someone you paid to be your "travel slave". You cannot demand but you can REQUEST. You can always ask nicely and they may even be your friend in the future. 😊
8. These TRAVEL AGENTS, though some still work at home, does not mean they did not put their time, effort, money, hard work, and their whole heart to start this business from scratch. You might think just because they are online (no physical office), selling packages on Facebook, that they earn too little for you to disrespect. You have no idea how much these travel agents can earn with their full focus, effort, and hard work. So please, treat them like a real Travel Partner. Share to them your good and bad travel experience during the tour, what you think can help them improve and send them your honest feedback.
A fruitful relationship with you is more rewarding for them than the income they gained from your trip.
NOTE: This is only true to PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENTS NOT SCAMMERS 😜

Understanding PROMOS and PISO FARE SALES!

Travel Tip #6
Understanding PROMOS and PISO FARE SALES!
☑️Airline promos are legit.
☑️They’re not trying to fool you when they announce a sale but you can’t find any promo seats.
☑️The problem is, it’s getting tougher and tougher to snag them because thousands of people are gunning for a limited number of seats.

⛔If you’ve been trying to score airline promo fares but always fail to pin down any, it’s time to sit down and check if you’re doing it right.
⛔But first, understand how these sales work.
Better yet, grab the promos your Travel agents are posting. It doesn't last long, so you better be fast! 😉
